2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services and the immediate access to document templates, we generally do not provide refunds once a document has been generated and delivered. However, we consider refund requests under specific circumstances outlined below.

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review and approval by our team.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may grant refunds in the following situations:

3.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our Services, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

3.2 Duplicate Payment

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payments immediately upon verification.

3.3 Service Unavailability

If our Services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our technical issues.

3.4 Incorrect Service Description

If the service provided significantly differs from what was described on our website, and you have not used the generated documents.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after document generation
  • Failure to read the service description before purchase
  • Inability to use the document for your intended purpose
  • Legal issues arising from document usage (we provide templates, not legal advice)
  • Expired subscription periods
  • Partial usage of subscription services
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

No Refund After Document Download

Once you have downloaded a generated document, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be provided.

5. Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based plans, the following refund policies apply:

5.1 Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase and have not generated more than 2 documents, you may be eligible for a full refund.

5.2 Partial Refunds

After 14 days, subscription cancellations will not receive refunds for the remaining period. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@legaldocspro.in within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order details and reason for refund request
  3. Include any relevant evidence or documentation
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Refund Timeframe

Once a refund is approved, the processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-7 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days

The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds instead of full refunds. This may occur when:

  • You have used some but not all features of a bundle
  • Technical issues affected only part of the service
